In a bid to reduce our costs and the amount of paper we use in school we will be moving towards a paper less environment from September 2010. This will mean that we will use your email addresses to inform you of any news and vital information instead of sending pieces of paper home in book bags which are often lost on the way home!
ParentMail has already been used to send out booking forms for Activ8tors and many parents have already expressed a wish that more emails are sent instead of vast quantities of paper being used. This means that we have already reduced, and will continue to reduce the amount of paper and ink we use at Bourton Meadow.
We would like to thank the 501 parents who have already signed up for the service and hope that we can add more of you as the term progresses. If you haven't already signed up for this service please download the ParentMail form and return to the school office as soon as possible.
