The Extended after school club that offers endless fun and excitement in a safe and secure environment! We aim to provide a place where children can relax and enjoy creative and stimulating activities in a friendly, disciplined, safe and
relaxed atmosphere.
Our Activators Club is currently spilt into two classes depending
on the child’s age. The first is based in our nursery and is available
for children from 3 years old up to the end of Year 1. The second is located in
the main school and is for children in Year 2 and upwards. We spilt the
children out so we can tailor activities and provision for their needs.
We aim to offer outstanding wrap around care for your child from 7.30am-6pm at an affordable price. We have structured activities for all ages and daily feedback to our parents.
If you wish to enrole in Activ8tors please complete the registration form and booking forms to the school office as soon as possible.
Opening Times
Breakfast Club (3-14 years) 7.30am-8.40am
We serve a healthy breakfast of cereal and toast. The children are then walked to their classroom at the correct time to start their school day.
Cost per day £3.75 invoiced on a monthly basis.
After School Club (3-14 years) 3.30pm – 6.00pm
The children are offered a wide range of activities, in both our indoor and outdoor facilities and we provide a fully inclusive club with places available to all children between 3 and 14 providing they are in education.
Children aged 3 up to the end of Year 1 are located in nursery building. From year 2 and beyond children are located in
the main school. Being able to spilt the club out has meant activities and all aspects of the provision can be tailored more to meet the specific needs of those children attending.
A hot tea is served from 4pm with all food prepared on the premises.
All Activ8tors staff are CRB checked.

Breakfast Club -( 7.30am - 8.40am ) - £3.75 to include breakfast
After-School Club - ( 3.30pm - 6.00pm ) - £7.75 to include tea and free choice of school club
Invoices are sent monthly to your home address. We also accept all childcare vouchers.
Easter and Summer Holidays 2012
We are delighted to announce the arrival of SuperCamps to Bourton Meadow School during the Easter
and Summer school holidays in 2012!
SuperCamps
are an external company who offer multi activity day camps for children from the
ages of 4-14 and are already used by many of our parents at other locations.
Their programme offers a mix of Sports and Arts & Crafts, from Clay
Modelling and Art Explosion to Grand Prix Karts and Archery, to ensure children
are kept active, safe and happy. Whatever their age and interests,they've got
something for everyone!
Children who attend other schools are able to attend
SuperCamps at Bourton Meadow
School.
SuperCamps
will replace Activ8tors during these holiday periods.
SuperCamps
offers
a huge range of exciting activities for our children throughout the holiday
period. All the staff are CRB checked, highly motivated and
enthusiastic and will enhance the already outstanding education on offer at
Bourton Meadow School.

Half-term Playscheme
Activiators provides a playscheme for half term holidays (Except Xmas) to provide Childcare at an affordable price. We arrange activities and trips to accomodate all children and you can choose which hours you suit your child.
Our Current Price for the Playscheme is:
( 8.00am - 6.00pm ) - £26.50
( 8.00am - 1.00pm ) - £15.00( 1.00pm - 6.00pm ) - £15.00
( 9.00am - 3.00pm ) - £18.50
